With more than 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, the Argentine born chef has built and shared his passion for cooking in many five-star restaurants in Latin America, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, including Maze Grill by Gordon Ramsey in Hong Kong. On The Great Steak Escape event, he will cook Wagyu Rump Bites with Truffle Vinaigrette and Garlic Chips using the Wagyu Rump cuts
